Hi, I'm Louise, creator of The Sanctuary Zine.
I reached forty-odd and decided I wanted life to look a little different — simpler, calmer and more mine.
The Sanctuary Zine follows my ongoing attempts to get there: growing things, making things, preserving things, tackling DIY projects with questionable levels of expertise, finding value in second-hand treasures and generally figuring things out as I go.
Some things work. Some things go spectacularly tits up. Both usually make it into the zine.
Put the kettle on and come along for the saga. Enjoy knowing it isn't happening to you.
